Land use structure
- Land in the port and logistics area: 3,500 hectares (23.3%)
- Industrial land area: 4,000 hectares (26.7%)
- Land for ecotourism area: 3,000 hectares (20%)
- Land for ecological urban area: 2,500 ha (16.7%)
- Land in nature reserves: 2,000 ha (13.3%)
Transportation system
Planning a synchronized transportation system connecting functional areas and linking with the region:
- Nha Trang - Van Phong Expressway: 4-6 lanes
- Economic Zone Ring Road: 40m (6 lanes)
- Internal main roads: 20-30m (4-6 lanes)
- Branch road: 12-16m (2-4 lanes)
- Cam Ranh Airport: 30-minute connection
- Van Phong Railway Station: serving freight transport
Technical infrastructure system
- Power supply: 220/110kV substation, medium and low voltage grid, rooftop solar power.
- Water supply: Water treatment plant with a capacity of 200,000 m³/day, distribution pipelines DN300-800.
- Drainage: Separate drainage systems for rainwater and wastewater.
- Wastewater treatment: Centralized treatment plant with a capacity of 150,000 m³/day
- Telecommunications: Fiber optic cables, 5G base stations, data centers
- Solid waste: Waste treatment facility with a capacity of 500 tons/day.
Social infrastructure system
- Education: 50 kindergartens, 30 primary schools, 15 secondary schools, 8 high schools, 2 universities.
- Healthcare: 3 general hospitals, 20 health stations, 50 clinics
- Culture and sports: Cultural centers, arenas, parks, stadiums
- Trade and services: Shopping centers, traditional markets, supermarkets
- Green parks: 15 large parks, with a total area of 500 hectares.
