b. Project name: Investment in the construction and operation of infrastructure for Ninh Diem 3 Industrial Park .
c. Location of implementation: Dong Ninh Hoa ward and Bac Ninh Hoa commune , Khanh Hoa province.
d. Objective: To invest in the comprehensive construction of technical infrastructure in the industrial park and to lease or sublease land to investors for the construction of factories, offices, warehouses, service facilities, public utilities, and to implement investment projects, organize production, and conduct business in accordance with the law.
